Getting Started
Register for Hyteno
Navigate to hyteno.com
Click on the "Get Started" button which will take you to the template page.
You will be directed to the sign-up page.
Fill in all required details such as your business name, email, and phone number by selecting your country press "Next Page".
Select one of the templates and proceed.
Fill out the given information and press "Finish signing up".
For security, an OTP will be sent to the provided phone number, enter the OTP.
Congratulations, you have successfully registered on Hyteno. Now select a plan and you will be directed to the payment section where you will need to enter your credit card details to make the subscription payment.
Download Hyteno App
Go to the Google Play Store or App Store.
Search for Hyteno Business
Press the "Install" button
Set up your restaurant
Open the "Hyteno Business" app and log in using your registered phone number.
You'll be taken to a page where you'll need to fill in your restaurant's details.
To add a photo, click on the 'Add Photo' option.
Then, click on the 'Add Images' button and select images from your phone's gallery.
Once you're done, click 'OK' at the bottom right corner.
Select the images you want to be displayed on the app as your restaurant's images.
To add more images, click on the "+" button at the bottom right corner.
Return to the details entry page and enter your business name, phone number, email, Siret number, and number of tables offered (these fields cannot be left empty).
Click 'Continue' once you've entered all the basic information.
Adding details about your restaurant
Click on the "+" button next to the address field to add your business location.
Enter your address and click "Save". Choose the size of your business from the dropdown menu.
Select one or more options that best describe the type of food your restaurant offers.
Indicate the price range of your restaurant. (€ for cheap, €€ for medium, €€€ for expensive)
Select one or more dietary options from the checkboxes provided.
Input your postal code (mandatory field).
Choose one or more options that describe the services offered by your restaurant.
If you offer delivery, two new fields will appear (delivery radius and minimum delivery amount) at the top of the page, which need to be filled in.
Similarly, if you offer reservations, a new field will appear (minimum reservation amount) at the top of the page, which needs to be filled in.
Also, specify the method of payment for each service you offer.
Press “Continue” to proceed
